These Terms govern use of the Visamation public information site and its limited creator workspace. By using Visamation, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Visamation is a read-only creator workspace for viewing basic profile details and public video metadata associated with an account you authorize. Its current approved scopes are user.info.basic and video.list.
Visamation does not provide publishing or uploads, messages, ads, audience management, analytics, shop or order operations, or account administration.
Your authorization and responsibilities
You may connect only an account you own or are authorized to access. You are responsible for complying with the terms that apply to your TikTok account and for keeping your own account access secure. Do not provide authorization tokens, passwords, or other credentials through chat, support discussions, or this public website.
You may revoke access at any time through TikTok’s Manage app permissions.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Visamation, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, probe protected systems without permission, circumvent technical limits, or use the service in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
Third-party services
TikTok is a third-party service with separate terms and policies. Visamation is independent and is not endorsed, sponsored, or operated by TikTok. Changes to TikTok’s service, permissions, availability, or policies may affect Visamation.
Availability and changes
The service may be changed, paused, or discontinued, and specific features may be unavailable while connections are tested or maintained. Reasonable care is taken in operating the service, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not promised.
Informational output
Information displayed by Visamation comes from an authorized third-party connection and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Verify important information at its original source. Visamation does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice.
Disclaimer and limits
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Visamation is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that cannot reasonably be made for a limited service. To the extent permitted by law, Visamation’s operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss arising from third-party service interruption. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Ending access
You may stop using Visamation and revoke authorization at any time. Access may also be limited or ended when needed to protect the service, users, third parties, or comply with legal obligations.
Privacy and deletion
The Privacy Policy explains Visamation’s data practices. For deletion requests or support, follow the Support page.

These Terms may be updated as the service changes. The effective date above will be revised when updated Terms are published. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
