Privacy at Visamation

A narrow, read-only service should have a narrow data footprint.

Effective: September 5, 2026

This policy explains how Visamation handles information when an authorized user connects a TikTok account to the creator workspace. TikTok is a third-party service; its own privacy practices also apply to your use of TikTok.

What Visamation accesses

After you actively authorize access, Visamation may read:

Visamation does not ask for permissions to publish or upload content, send messages, run ads, manage audiences, retrieve analytics, operate shops or orders, or administer your account.

How information is used

The accessed information is used only to present authorized profile details and a public video library in one read-only creator workspace, and to perform bounded technical proof reads needed to verify that the authorized connection works.

Tokens and proof records

Authorization tokens are handled on the server side in protected systems. They are never requested through chat or through this public website. The current Sandbox access token is short-lived, with a lifetime of up to 24 hours, and refresh material is not retained.

For bounded proof reads, Visamation retains only minimal, redacted evidence needed to establish that the connection worked. Raw API payloads are not retained as proof records.

Public website data

This public information site uses no analytics, advertising trackers, cookies, or contact forms. Cloudflare, the infrastructure provider for this site, may process standard request metadata—such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, and timestamps—to deliver and protect the site under its own terms and policies.

Sharing and sale

Visamation does not sell personal information. Information is not shared for advertising. Service data may be processed by infrastructure providers as needed to operate and secure the limited service, or disclosed when legally required.

Retention and deletion

Short-lived Sandbox access tokens expire within their stated lifetime, and refresh material is not retained. Minimal redacted proof evidence is kept only as long as reasonably needed for technical verification, security, and support, then removed or de-identified.

To request deletion of information associated with your use of Visamation, follow the instructions on the Support page. A reasonable identity or account-ownership check may be required before fulfilling a request; do not post tokens or private account details publicly.

Your choices

You may revoke Visamation’s authorization through TikTok’s Manage app permissions. Revocation stops future authorized access but does not itself remove minimal evidence already retained for a bounded proof read; use the support route to request deletion of that evidence.

Security

Visamation uses practical safeguards intended to protect authorization material and minimize retained data. No online system can promise absolute security, and this policy does not make such a guarantee.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as the service changes. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.
