Never send credentials.
Do not include passwords, access tokens, refresh tokens, client secrets, private account exports, or other sensitive authentication material in a support request or public GitHub post.
Revoke authorization
To stop future authorized access, open TikTok and use Manage app permissions to remove Visamation. TikTok controls the location and wording of this setting, so consult TikTok’s current help materials if the menu has moved.
Request deletion
To request deletion of minimal redacted evidence associated with a bounded Visamation proof read:
- Go to the public GitHub profile for Visamation support.
- Use an available public contact or repository issue route identified there and clearly label the request Visamation deletion request.
- Provide only enough non-sensitive context to identify the request. Do not post credentials or private account details.
A reasonable identity or account-ownership check may be required through a safer channel before a request is fulfilled.
Technical support
For a technical problem, use the same public GitHub profile to find the current public support route. Include the Visamation page you were using, what you expected, what happened, and a redacted error description. Do not attach raw API payloads if they contain account information.

- Confirm you authorized the account you intended to view.
- Remember that the current Sandbox token can expire in up to 24 hours.
- Check whether TikTok access or service availability has changed.
